Our company policy supports sustainability wherever possible, and stock items, which may not sell, have a detrimental impact on the environment, due to the manufacturing process and their disposal.
As a handmade made-to-order product designer and manufacturer, we believe it is imperative that every individual client or customer receives the personal service they deserve when placing an order with us. This creates a special bond between the client and the product that we take great pride in creating. This also allows the client to request any custom changes where possible, sometimes free of charge.
The materials we use are also carefully handpicked as majority are natural, which takes both time and attention to detail.
Aside from partnering closely with each client on every aspect of the order or service, we can also provide samples and visuals to enhance your confidence in the final product.
DESIGN SERVICES
A full range of interior design, architectural, and landscape design services for residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. Additionally, we offer bespoke product design for private clients, retailers, and wholesalers.
Each of the products designed by us are developed, manufactured, and supplied in accordance with our own specifications.
Certainly, in addition to providing all phases of design work, including site surveys, design consultations, planning, walkthroughs, detailed plans, mechanical plans, product details, etc.

When crafting our products, we use natural materials and handmade techniques whenever possible.We make each item to order.Our company also offers restoration and reupholstery services for M Jannet J furniture.
Generally, sustainable furniture is derived from natural materials such as wood, bamboo, or recycled materials. It should also be noted that these materials are both biodegradable and free of the harmful chemicals found in many synthetic materials.
By handcrafting pieces rather than by using machinery, we produce pieces that are unique and consume less energy.
This eliminates landfill waste, reduces energy consumed, greenhouse gas emissions and therefore carbon dioxide levels are lessened, since we only produce what we need.
Reupholstery contributes to environmental conservation. Approximately nine million tons of furniture end up in landfills each year. You can reduce waste and minimise the impact of furniture production on the environment when you reupholster your old furniture. By embracing circular design principles, the furniture industry can contribute to reducing its environmental footprint.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days from dispatch.
Foreign shipping duration depends on which country the product(s) is being shipped to. An estimation of shipping date will be given at time of the shipping enquiry.

Yes, we offer free shipping for large domestic orders anywhere within the UK.
Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.
Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders. We can assist with international shipping wherever it is required.

WARRANTY & REPAIR
All our products are subject to quality control.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The duration of warranty depends on the item.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

An extended warranty can be added to some of our products at an additional cost.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Yes, we offer full and partial refunds depending on when the refund is requested.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made on stock items. Anything made to order or bespoke orders can only be refunded within 7 days, from the date the order was placed. Partial refunds can be requested after the 7 days, but we cannot guarantee the request will be accepted.
A full refund within 30 days of any stock items purchased.
In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.
In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligible for a partial refund on stock items.
In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.
A full refund if requested within 7 days of placing an order on made to order or bespoke items.
A partial refund can be requested on orders after 7 days from placing the order, on made to order or bespoke items.

All shipping or delivery costs are handled by the customer.
When an order includes free shipping or delivery, only the cost of the return shipping or delivery is handled by the customer.
